TUCSON – Congresswoman Martha McSally announced today that she raised over $930k in the third quarter of 2017 alone. In just 9 months her campaign has erased all debt and now has close to $1.5 million cash on hand.

“Congresswoman McSally is widely recognized by both sides of the aisle as a legislator who can deliver results and collaborate on real solutions. She has even been identified in academia as one of the top ten most effective Members of Congress—a national role model for how to get things done. It is also clear to Southern Arizonans that Martha McSally has their back, which is why she continues to inspire dedicated and broad support. In just 3 months, over 13,000 individual contributions were made in which the average donation was less than $60. Rep. McSally’s supporters are demonstrating that they believe in her and the work she is doing for Southern Arizona and all Americans,” said McSally Campaign Manager Anthony Barry.

In the current 115th Congress, McSally has sponsored 21 pieces of legislation so far, eight of which have passed the House. The Speaker of the House has appointed Congresswoman McSally to his working group tasked with addressing the future of border security, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), interior enforcement, and legal immigration.. She is also currently serving on bipartisan working groups putting forward solutions on health care, tax reform, border security, and DACA.
